It’s uncanny that GQ Property’s longest serving team member is also one of our youngest.
A Sunshine Coast local since he was a child, Jon lives and breathes the Sunshine Coast lifestyle through social and sporting connections. Jon’s all round sporting talents have seen him excel in many fields, predominantly Rugby Union, and his sporting achievements have taken him to a national representative level. Thankfully for GQ, he applies the same amount of enthusiasm, competitive edge and drive to his career.
Having been in the real estate industry for 5 years, Jon’s role within GQ Property is unique and strategic, having worked directly alongside Simon Guilfoyle as his right hand man since joining the team soon after the company’s inception. Jon has been instrumental in assisting with GQ Property’s success and growth from a sales and marketing perspective, as well as management and day to day operations.
Jon’s sales success is certainly remarkable, with the skill to successfully market property of all prices ranges and stature, setting record prices along the way - most recently the Sirocco Penthouse. Applying above par commitment to his Sellers and Buyers alike with astounding local and industry knowledge, Jon has the ability to communicate and negotiate with people from all walks of life, across all segments of the market.
Not to be outdone, his energies these days are also devoted to driving and expanding GQ’s Marketing Division with continued high exposure through public relations, press editorial, e-marketing and of course print media, as well overseeing the customer liaison sector, servicing relationships with GQ Property’s Buyers, Sellers and customer database, many of whom are recognised as some of the world’s business, sporting and celebrity elite.
