After graduating with distinction from La Trobe University in Victoria (Top 5% and Commonwealth Scholarship holder), Glenda has held various roles within the advertising and marketing industry.
Roles which have included marketing and advertising manager for Ad Media Asia, Australian Prestige Properties, and for the past 10 years as Managing Director of Star Media Australia.
Indeed her current position really has defined Glenda’s abilities in this field. Under her direction, Star Media has become one of Australia’s most powerful marketing and advertising companies.
Specializing in Television, Cinema and Internet advertising, the company has enjoyed unrivalled success, winning over 100 Australasian Television Retail advertising awards, which were judged on creativity and results. Awards which included “Best in Australia.”
Campaigns for well known Australian brands such as Hyundai, Fernwood Health Clubs, Remifemin, 30 Plus, Toyota Dealers, Tebinon, Tarwoona Olives, Wide Bay Australia, and more recently Refund Home Loans - who according to BRW magazine, is now the “fastest growing franchise company in Australia.”
Glenda has also co-ordinated advertising campaigns Australia wide for property developers such as Juniper and Forrester Kurts.
